How long does my order take to ship?

As we work diligently to ensure the quality of our handmade products we ask that you allow 3-10 business days for your order to be processed before its shipped, even with priority shipping. Please note that this excludes weekends and holidays. 

Do you offer international shipping? 

Yes, we do. Although estimated delivery times may vary, depending on where you are.

What is your return policy? 

If you are dissatisfied with your order, please send an email to skinherbsboutique@gmail.com with your order number and the list of products you are dissatisfied with within 7 days of delivery. Skin Herbs does not provide return labels and customers are responsible for the cost of returns. Please mail your return with the carrier of your choice to the address below and provide us with the tracking number via email once the items have shipped:

Skin Herbs reserves the right to deny unreasonable requests for refund/exchange at our discretion. 

In the rare case that an item is missing from an order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery citing the order number and missing item. Once 7 days from delivery have passed, we will not issue refunds nor ship out additional items.  

Lost/Stolen/Damaged Items? 

Lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported within 7 days of the marked delivery date as indicated by the UPS tracking link. Refunds cannot be issued for any package marked "delivered" by UPS.

Return to sender/Address Error

In the event that your package is returned to us by UPS or otherwise not received as the result of an incorrect address, missing unit/apartment number, failure to reschedule a delivery, unclaimed package, or unregistered tenant, please send us an email with your order number as soon as possible. If a reshipment is requested, you will be provided with an invoice via email to cover the cost of the new shipping label. If a refund is preferred, a refund will be issued for the total cost of goods and tax- excluding the cost for the shipping label.
